The Sustainabilist Process
Most Sustainabilist projects start with a standardized intake process, which is designed to reveal avenues for process improvements that add value and generate an immediate boost to the bottom line of our client. Often, our clients are engaged informally with some stage of their process, and wish to bring in an outside party to refine and formalize their process.
Sustainabilist will teach attendees at this year’s SPI in Salt Lake City, UT how to apply scientific process improvement and modern manufacturing science to solar installations to reduce or eliminate costly rework, increase build quality, and improve the transparency of construction processes.
